Does anyone know if there were any Burke's located in Bryan Texas around the 1880's and even later?
I am looking for my great great grandfather. His last was Burke and he had a daughter in 1886. He married in 1885 in Bryan.
His name was C G Burke. He married S J Blatherwick in 1885.
S J was married before to S N Blatherwick. Her husband died in 1884 and she married Mr. Burke in 1885.
I have a copy of the marriage certificate posted on the Burke Family Website on MyFamily.com.
His daughter's name was Annie Mae Burke. She married Harvey Houston Peebles.
Any information on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
