Looking for information on F M Law from Brazos County. He was the Minister of the Gospel and performed many marriages in Brazos County in the mid 1800's.
I am wanting to know what church he was affiliated with if any and any other information that you would have.
I am trying to find out information on my gggrandfather C G Burke. He married S J Blatherwick in 1885 in Bryan Texas.
S J Blatherwick was married to S N Blatherwick. Burke was her second marriage. S J filed for a name change in district court in 1889. I have the records but does not show a specific reason as to why this happened.
Any help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
