Good morning
No one else has written to me about Buford J. Crawford. I would like info about him if you are willing to share. Sarah Katherine Stewart was my g.m.'s half sister. No one in the family knew anything about her - not even my father. She didn't die until the 1960's but nothing was said in the family about it. I found her by accident when looking at the 1870 census for Ft. Bend Co TX when I found her parents Wiley L. Stewart and Martha (?). Then in 1880, Martha was gone, but Wiley L. was living in Gonzales Co. with his mother, and he had a 6 yr old dau named Sarah. That's when I started asking questions that nobody had the answers for.

I would really like info on Buford's g.m. Martha. Have looked for a marr. rec. for her and Wiley L. but not found one.

Buford Crawford would be my half first cousin, one gen. removed.

Joanne
