Page 235 - could this be the father of the above William?

[Velma is probably child of the widowed Walter]

On the next page is Walter with a second wife, the child named Velma O. and more young children. Brooks is fairly common, but Walter and William are residing very close on this census, and may be a clue to tie them together???
