From what I've been able to piece together, the FBI Special Agent named Manning C. Clements, who was instrumental in the investigation of the assassination of JFK, was Manning Chamberlain Clements (1908-1990), of Burnet Co., TX. He was the son of John Thos. Clements, Sr. (1869-1946) and Margaret Louisa (Lou) Chamberlain (1870-1963), of Burnet Co. In 1962, he m. Winn M. (Winnie) Blankenship. If he was m. earlier or had any offspring, I have been unable to uncover such information so far. Any further contributions to our knowledge of the biography of this interesting figure would be most appreciated.
