I know this is an old post, but wondered if you knew about Carol Yarbrough's website for all spellings of Standifer/Standefer/Sandifer etc? http://carolyar.com/
We are "cousins" and appear to go back to John Standford/Standefer and Margaret Skelton. I come down through son James and your line appears to be from son Israel. Israel married Cassandra Anderson. My first thought when I saw the given name of Anderson was that's probably a family name on his tree. Cassandra would have been the grandmother of your Anderson. The Standefers were always using family surnames, usually as middle names. In some cases it makes it a little easier to track them.
