Hi Beverly,
Nicolas Champion Walker was the son of James Knox Walker and Augustine "Gussie" Hamilton Walker married 9-Dec-1873 in Caldwell Co., TX. J.K. Walker died when NC was just a few months old.
Augustine Hamilton was the daughter of John C. Hamilton.
Johnnie B. Giles was the daughter of Andrew Giles of Dallas. He and his wife ran a boarding house, and NC lived there while working in the area. NC served in WWI, then returned to Dallas and married Johnnie.
David passed away last year but Eva is still living. Her daughter is one of my best friends.
