Have run across a Crunk family in this area that interests me very much. I'll start with Hamlin Crunk since he's the first one I ran across.
Hamlin Crunk was born 10 Sep 1904 in Martindale, Caldwell County, Texas. He married Laura Edna Burt of Cuero, DeWitt County, Texas. He died 22 Jan 1964 in Nixon, Gonzales County, Texas.
His parents: Robert Jackson Crunk, b. 23 Jun 1882, Texas, d. 27 Nov 1957 in Nixon, Gonzales County, Texas. Helen Mauldin, b. 3 May 1885, Martindale, Caldwell County, Texas, d. 5 Jan 1971, Nixon, Gonzales County, Texas.
Grandparents: Robert J. Crunk, b. Jan 1850, Mississippi, and Florida Ann Owens, b. May 1853, Florida.
Greatgrandparents: John D. Crunk, b. ca 1819, Tennessee, and Ann M. Jennings, b. ca 1813, Tennessee ( ? ), d. Aug 1870, Caldwell County, Texas.
