Nellie Woodward is Nettie Woodward. She was born Harriet Blankinship in 1858 in Glascock Co. GA, daughter of Wiley K Blankinship and Julia Ann (unknown). Wiley supposedly died 3 Nov 1862 (presumably in Civil War), and Julia A S Blankinship md Alexander Eastwood in Glascock Co. on 1 Sep 1864. They were in Caldwell co in 1870 census, where she was enumerated as "Harriet Eastwood, age 12, b. GA." Nettie Eastwood md Henry Woodward in Caldwell Co. on 15 Dec 1878. Widow Nettie Woodward and 8 children (including Cora) were enumerated in Caldwell co. in 1880. Nettie's mother and step-father were enumerated in Kinney co. in 1880.
