I am seeking any descendants or information about Virginia Wesley White Marsalis b. 18 June 1861 d. 16 June 1929, m. Samuel M. Marsalis on 2 Oct 1879 in Collin Co., TX. Virginia White Marsalis's nickname was Jenny. She & her husband raised Virginia's sister's child, J. M. Gates, after Louella B. White Gates' death in 1882. I have found Virginia, Samuel M. and J. M. Gates buried in the Seadrift Cemetery, Calhoun Co, TX. Samuel M. Marsalis d. 24 Apr 1932 and J. M. Gates d. 24 Sep 1940. Does anyone show them on any census records?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
