Looking for any information on James A. Hughes, b. abt 1840 in TX, last found in Callahan County, 1880 census, precinct #3 with wife Frances, and sons John and Paul, daughters Pearl, Virginia (Jennie) and Lillian. Pearl and Paul might be twins. James A. was a Civil War veteran. His daughter Lillie married James Madison Bludworth and they eventually settled in Throckmorton County. Have been unable to find any information on the Hughes family after 1880. Any leads or info on any family member would be appreciated.
