Laney/Cisneros marriage or birth records 1940?

Good Day,

Our family is searching for any and all records pertaining to the marriage of Eugene M. Laney and Excinia Cisneros (born in 1922)who had a daughter named Bernice Excinia Laney born on March 10, 1942, and we believe a son named Eugene who passed at an early age.
We are also seeking a birth record for Bernice Laney in the hopes of finding our Grandfather Laney or any relatives of his willing to meet 5 of his grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
If you have any knowledge or can help in anyway we greatly appreciate your efforts.
