Here is a link to a great site. Scroll down to the link for Texas Death information 1890-1976. Fill the name in the search field. When you find the name you are looking for, you can pass the mouse over the name and get printed information. But by clicking on the symbol to the left of the name you can view the Death Certificate image.

Pearl Goodman's father was Alex Luttrell and her mother was Mary Sherron. The information was given by B. K. Goodman. You can also find the information for Alvah Goodman.
From the SS Death Index I found this information: Buford Goodman, b. 1 March 1897, d. April 1977. The SS was issued in TX, the Death Residence location was Dade Co. Florida.
I checked the 1900 census for Alvah Goodman and found that he, Pearl and Buford, age 3, were living with her parents in MO.
