Looking for ancestors and decendants of Evan D.Hodges born in NC (his father may be Preston Hodges) he was married to

Frances Higgens or Hagins from NC. I don't have anything on her birth,death or parents.

They had a daughter Judah "Emmaline" HODGES b. June 2, 1861 in Alleghany County, NC. died March 7, 1927 in Harlingen,Texas CAMERON COUNTY, TX

She married Floyd Cox b.Jan. 25, 1847 in Peach Bottom, Virginia died Aug.26, 1941 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Any help or hint would be greatly appreciated.
