I am looking for information on the Pittsburg Finance Company of Pittsburg,TX that was formed in 1932. That company handled the Estate of George Harrison and his wife Annie Bass Harrison. They gave my grandmother a Half Share of the company and that certificate is dated 1932. My grandmother received the 1/2 share in 1976 and received a ten dollar dividend in 1994, about three years later she received a letter offering her twenty dollars for the half share. The company is still registered with the Texas secretary of state and has a filing dated Dec,2004 on the Secretary of State(of Texas). I am wondering what happened to the company? Does anyone have any history on this company or it stock history?? Any information is appreciated.
