James Buchanan Vick, b. Jun. 1860 (headstone reads born 25 March 1860) LA; d. 1909 Pittsburg, Camp Co., TX of typhoid fever; m (1) Eliza _____, b. Jul. 1846 (headstone reads born July 26, 1838) LA; m. (2) in Pittsburg, Camp Co., TX 24 Aug. 1907 by J.F. Bevel, minister, Beulah Gillispie, b. 28 Feb. 1884, Upshur Co., TX. JB Vick was an owner of a sawmill in Pittsburg, TX. Had daughter.

This is all the information I have on her.

I believe J.B. Vick was living in either Bienville Parish, LA or Heflin, LA in 1878.

In 1880, Nancy Ellen Bassett-Vick-Lewis-Hutchens (J.B. Vick's mother) was living in Bienville Parish, LA.

In the O. Vick Hines book, 1880, J.B. Vick moved to Arkansas. I believe "Sevier County, AR or Brownstown, AR, then moving to Texas (I believe - Pittsburg, TX) because that is where Nancy Ellen and James L. (Lind or Laird) Hutchens moved to.

I do not know when or where J. B. Vick (James Bucahanan Vick) married "Eliza". She was 22 years older than him. She may have been a "Jenkins" but I'm not for sure. No children.

Thanks
Linda
