I am seeking Mrs. H. C. Knapp or Fay Knapp Atkins of Panhandle, Texas. They contribed an article to the Tennessee Genalogy Spring Quarterly, by Elanor Atkins Leeth. It stated they were ggnieces of Elanor Atkins Leeth.
I am a ggrandaughter of Elanor. Elanor had two brothers who migrated to Txas between 1850 and 1860. I feel like they are descendants of either William Augustus (Gus) or Thomas M. Atkins. Thomas was in Hood county, Texas in 1910 and died there. William Augustus was in Marion County at one time. Elanor also had three sisters that moved to Texas. Eliza Jane Atkins married William B. Barnett, Rhoda Susan married Lewis Watson. I would like to share information with them. Thanks
