well, yes and no, as far as if this is the right guy!

The 1930 Census info is correct. (My BIL's grandma is Nita)

On the 1920 census, they are in Justice Precinct 6, Panola texas.

The 1917 WW1 Draft registration in Panola Texas is correct.

He would have married about 1911 to Bessie (Elizabeth?) Robe

I found a 1910 census record in Panola Texas for Jackson Bayatt/Boyatt b abt 1890 in Texas... I think this is him.

I didn't find anything on the 1900 census...

From that 1917 draft registration I had a birth date. From Texas death record and SSDI I have death dates. I ordered a death certificate, and unfortunately it does not give his parents' names.

If you have other sources and are willing to look into this, I'd appreciate it! I am a bit stumped where else to look at this point.
