I am sorry I could not find Mary Alice Barnes and her 4 children in the cemetery listings in the Eminence twp. of Cameron Co. TX.
Of course they would not be on any census.
I searched al the cemeteries listed for Cameron County.
Since it was so very long ago... there just may be no record.
If you live close to Cameron County, you might go to the Courthouse, and look in the County Records, maby District Records.
John Barnes may have something recorded there about his family.
Another search might be with the Genealogical Society in Cameron County.
I can imagine this is a worry for you, to not know where they are buried.
The cemetery may have been lost over the years.
Hopefully something will turn up for you.
