Does anyone know where I could obtain court records from a murder that happened in 1966 in Blackjack Community between Whitehouse and Troup. The death certificate and information that I have says that the assailant was booked into the Cherokee County Jail and was to go before a grand jury there. Are these records public information? what about the police records?
Any help will be most appreciated as I live out of state.
