I put your information in Ancestry.com and found Arthur Lee's WW1 Draft Registration in 1918. He was 21 living at Route 5 Nacona, Montaque Co. Tex. near Bowie. Single, next of kin: Dicy E. Allen, mother, Strown, TX.
Next I found him in 1910, Palo Pinto Co. Texas living with mother Lizzie D -38 Widow, Lee 14, Milton 12, Leonard 7.
Then 1930 Electra, Wichita Co. Texas. Arthur 34, Grace E. 27,Louise M 9, Alvin N. 7, Dicy E.(mother) widow 58.
On the One World Tree it also lists his father Alvin Aaron Allen, b. 1863 Indiana, d. 1903 Washington state. Family moved to Texas after his death. Arthur's first wife Grace must have died and he remarried Lillian and had several more children. They died in Hugo, OK. The person submitting the world tree was: DorthieAllen :dorothiedell@aol.com
I hope this helps.
