Thanks to a kind soul who transcribed the Evergreen Cemetery in Guadalupe County, New Mexico, I've found that Sidney and Bettie Tadlock were buried there. Sidney died January 31, 1931 in Guadalupe County and according to her tombstone Bettie (his wife) died in 1944. Her full name is Susan Elizabeth "Bettie" Stovall. They married on December 8, 1881 in Navarro County, Texas. She was born on November 24, 1864 and Sidney was born in October? 1856 in Mississippi. Bettie was the daughter of William A. Stovall and Susan Jane Armstrong. I've seen a message online that said Sidney was listed in the 1920 Guadalupe County, New Mexico census with his family. One of his daughters, Willie F. married Herbert McBee and one daughter Gladys S. married Arthur W. Minor. They are also buried in the Evergreen Cemetery. I don't know what happened to daughters Susie, Lillie, Mattie, Annie, or Georgie. It looks like son John E. may be the one buried in Fort Sumner Cemetery in DeBara County, New Mexico who died on August 30, 1972. I don't know what happened to James, and just found out that there was a son named Clifton who was born in 1905 and who died in 1940, also buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
