Bill, it has been some time since you posted this. The article in the Coleman Co. history book on John Perry Richardson family states that John Perry and Arnetta Hamlin were married in El Dorado, KS in 1881 and shortly thereafter, "these pioneer families came to Texas to settle near Lockhart in Caldwell County".

There is also a short article on Bowen Filmore Richardson family, as well as one about Willis Kern Richardson, who was also a brother, I believe. There are pictures with this article.
