Mike,
Several years back I sent for a copy of death certificates from Coleman Co. I simply copied my drivers liscense and included a short note explaining that I wished to obtain this record for genealogical purposes. I think there was a small fee, but cannot remember for sure. If whoever provided the info for Jesse's death certificate knew the names of his parents that info should be on these documents. Good luck.
