Pardon my genealogical nosiness. I am not in any of the families that you mention and have no info to offer regarding Isaac Day. However, using my resources, I snooped around and have seen where your Lissie was Day's widow in the 1920 census and Renfro's widow in 1910 census, with son Raymond D. I notice that you still don't have the name of Lissie's Renfro husband, and wonder:
Have you tried ordering a copy of Raymond's SS-5 application for social security number? The application form asks for names of parents, whether they were living at the time or not, and it seems reasonable that Raymond
would have known his father's first name when he applied for a Soc.Sec. number.
