Thanks Bruce for the info-I might check it later. I do have photos of his Marker and many writeups-including some of his two terms in House of Representatives at Austin.
I do not have much on his life in Collin Co., Texas nor info for his daughter Ellen Burns that apparently married about 1874 to John Henry Moore in Collin Co, Texas area. I am hoping someone might have info on them and share.
