My grandparents, John Harvey Pinkerton and wife Arizona Harris left Comanche County, Texas around 1907 and moved to Scurry County, Texas. John and Arizona had a daughter Millie Ann Pinkerton (my grandmother born 1881) who married Andrew Walker Floyd in Lamkin, Comanche County in 1898. Andrew and Millie left Comanche County in 1913 for Scurry County.
John Harvey and Arizona Pinkerton had other children. One was Martha Eliza Pinkerton (she went by Ella)who was born in 1886. I have very little information on this great aunt. She married Robert Sisson. Is there a way to look up whether they may have been married in Comanche County? If so, I'd apprecite it very much.
(I actually have a number of ancestors buried in Comanche County...a great grandfather (Samuel Osborn Floyd) and a great great grandfather Sterling H. Brooks buried in Evergreen cemetery, Gustine Comanche County, Texas.)...also a great uncle Samuel Brooks Floyd.
