If I can get it straight,! Now, Lemuel (Lambert) Parker Davis married Sarah Jane Lumbley in (1881) in (Union County) Arkansas. Had children, Mary, Lemuel E., Esther, Allison, Emily, Jeff D (Lee), Sally plus two more alive in 1910. (all born in Arkansas)
Sarah Jane Lumbley's parents were William S Lumbley born 13 Sept 1837 Missouri, died 8 Nov 1898 Pontotoc Co TX, married Martha Ann Cox born 10 Apr 1842 Tenn.
Sarah Jane's younger sister PRISCILLA Lumbley born Jan 1884 in Texas married James Jessie McGuffin and had at least three children, Hatur, Lola and Hettie McGuffin. There is some kin here some where if we can figger it out.
Can get the rest of Sarah Jane's brothers and sisters if you need them. Do not have anymore info on the McGuffin's
All the info we have gotten of the internet. Not much from family. Some of it may be wrong but not the Davis part. James
