The birth listings for Eastland County are on the Eastland Co. website. If you scroll down you will see the birth years.

I looked for Malcom Q. Stephen, born 4-11-36. What I found was Malcom Jimmy Stephen, born 4-11-36, son of L.J. Stephen and Codie Aleker. Is this the person you are looking for?
