I have been told that a farmer by the surname of RADKE purchased a farm from grandfather Earnest Dickson in the late 1940's or early 1950's. This farm is located in Ellis County, Texas. The county clerk of Ellis County did a deed search for me and was unable to find a deed recorded for E. Dickson in 1915-20 time frame. I know that E. Dickson owned the farm and if I knew farmer RADKE's full name I might be able to have another deed search completed which may yield a clue as to the date my grandfather purchased this farm. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.
