I have a photo of a lovely young woman named Ruby Lockhart. The inscription on back is not dated, but probably early 1900's and says:
"Ruby Lockhart, Ennis, Texas....school teacher at Cartwright School....stayed in the home of Raleigh "Dick" H. & Nora Patterson Wheatley"
This photo is signed "Lovingly, Ruby"
It was among the things belonging to my uncle Pendell Wheatley of Howard, Ellis county, Texas. Dick and Nora were his parents.
