Since Rufus Alton Ellis was born in TX.1911, he would be 11 on the 1930 census. I did find an Ellis family in 1930 in Ellis Co.TX, but none of the children's names matched.
Found a Widow, Sarah Ellis age 42, born Jan 1808, Ga.
7 living ch.She was living in Ellis Co.TX.
1930 was the last census untill April 2012, thats when the 1940 census come out.
Wish we had names of Great Grandparents, we could trace them back a long way.
