Need information on obtaining death certificate for Arthur Frank Ragland 25 May 1937 El Pasco, TX cerificate #14548.

Anyone know how to get a death certificate from El Pasco TX as old as 1937? I found the record on Ancestry. I'm not sure this is my relative but hope the death certificate will help me determine if it is or not.

El Pasco court records on-line came back as record not found. Has anyone out there been able to get this old a record from El Paso Courthouse?
