You didn't include any dates, or even approximate dates, for anyone in your post. They are very important. Smith is common, but I tried looking around for Bose Hancock and found him in Wood Co, TX, census, and earlier in 1910 Taylor Co, TX census. I'm assuming Lula is from a first marriage??? Lula and her husband and children are also in Taylor Co, TX in 1910.

Phillip Legore Smith is there, too. It says he was born in Iowa and was a pharmacist. But, the Phillip Smith on the 1930 census El Paso Co, TX, listed as a pharmacist is listed as divorced. Part of the index site unavailable this evening, so I can't see who was the informant.
