I thought I would try to help, but I didn't have much luck. I could see the marriage record in Erath, but I couldn't find the people. In 1910 there is an Alice Sellers, widow with 6 children living in Erath County and all of the children were born in Louisiana. Since she was also born in LA, I though maybe she met Mr. Sellers there and her family later moved to Texas. Thought maybe he just came to TX to marry her and take her back. Lots of supposition going on in my head. The only luck I had in LA was finding Alice Anderson, a 12 year old student in 1870 in DeSota LA. She was not with a family, so that didn't help any. Do have anymore info that you gave?
