Interested in information on families of these two brothers, who were living respectively 2 and 4 miles south of Dublin in 1907. Joseph Trueheart Smith (b. 1859) had eight children born between 1882 and 1900: Chester, Jettie, George, Fannie, Walter, Gracie, Dewey, and Lovlan(?). In 1883, W. W. Smith (b. 1862) had married Ida King (1865-1903); she was born in Obion County, Tenn., and is buried in Dublin.
The two brothers were sons of Melvin Trueheart Smith (1830-1893)of Tennessee and Eliza Greenville Foley (d. 1883) of Kentucky and Tennessee. Melvin and Eliza were my great-great-grandparents.
