Martin is on the 1900 census, Mary is listed as a widow on the 1910. So he must have died in between.

TX Dth Idx 1890-1976:

Mary E. Lovett, b 12 Feb 1845, MO; d 12 Feb 1929, Leonard, Fannin Co, TX; widow; father, Luke Savage, MO; mother, Mason, MO; buried Leonard, TX; informant Oscar L. Lovett (handwriting not clear looks like he resides in OK).

Texas didn't officially begin keeping vital records until 1903 and not everyone was recorded in the beginning. But, I'm willing to bet Martin is also buried in Leonard.

Go to Fannin Co, TX GenWeb site -- http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~txfannin/ -- type Lovett in their search feature. Martin E. Lovett died 1905, age 68, buried Leonard Cemetery.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
