I know this is an old post, but here are some census records.

1910 census Fannin Co, TX:

Smith, Jobe F., h, 38, M(1) 11 yrs, b KY, KY, KY
" Mamie P., w, 30, M(1) 11 yrs, 3 ch, 3 lvg, b TX, MO, TN
" Clara, d, 10, b TX
" Alfred, s, 6, b TX
" Mildred, d, 2, b TX
Sharp, James E., cousin, 23, b KY, KY, KY

1920 census Fannin Co, TX:

Smith, Mamie, h, 40, widow, b TX, MO, TN
" Mildred, d, 11, b TX, KY, TX
" Juanita, d 8, b TX
" Cleo, d, 2, b TX

1930 census Fannin Co, TX:

Smith, Mamie P., h, 49 md @ 19, b TX, MO, TN
" Mildred, d, 21, sgle, b TX, KY, TX
" Cleo F., d, 12, b TX
Reeves[sic], Bill B., roomer, 29 sgle, b TX, TN, TN
[mechanic/auto repair shop]

I would look for marriage of Mildred to Bill shortly after this census date. Jobe and Mamie are on the 1900 census with daughter Clara, I would also look for their marriage there in Fannin Co, shortly before 1900.
