I am trying to locate a descendant of Charles Windle who was born in Rusk Co. TX in 1852. He was the son of John William Windle and Lucinda Willis Windle. He relocated with his parents and brothers and sisters to Fannin Co. Some time before 1860. The last information I have on him is the Fannin Co. 1870 Census. He was named after his mother's brother, Charles Willis.
