Hello-I checked HERITAGE QUEST 1900 Freestone Co.Tx census-and living ->above the family of Edwin and Eliza Trim was a family that I finally was able to ID as " HARDY STROWD" (spelled on this census with a "w"-born LA.

Hardy STROUD(different spelling-same fella) is listed on the 1880 FREESTONE co census with wife ELIZABETH M.(?) STROUD and children: Mary E.,Asa A.,ALLIE, LAURA-> 10/12 yrs old) and ->ELIZA who is 1/12 yrs old.

~~when you do check that 1900 Freestone Co.census--you will see that TWO of the daughters still living with the "STROWD's are ALLIE TRIM(widow?) and LAURA(?)-cant make out her last name...

So this HARDY STROUD/STROWD and wife ELIZABETH M. appears to be most likely the mother and father of the ELIZA TRIM that you are asking about.
