Please Help!! Charles M Jones b 1884

I am having trouble finding the parents of Charles Millard Jones born Oct 21 1884 in Texas. In 1918 he lived in Amarillo, Tx with his wife Jessie Vida Washam Jones (1891 - 1948), children: Carl A; Cecil M; Reuben Charles born 1916; and Addie Mae (Rainwater). In Amarillo, CM Jones worked as an auto mechanic. It appears that he may have been dead before 1948 since his sister gave the death certificate information for Jessie who died in 1948.
