Maybe you can send off for his death certificate record. Informant should be listed and maybe you can find something about that person. I found this in S.S. records

After you get death certificate to see what town he died in look online in the white pages to see if there are any Foskey's in that region. Also it will tell what cemetery he is buried in. Another thought... you can contact the genealogical society or newspaper office in the town he died for an obituary. Most have an index in library or newspaper office.
