Arthur is boarding out, but Ulysses is living with his Langley stepbrother. On that same page is a an Emma Langley second wife of Enoch Langley. Looks like your Emma Jenkins. 1900 census Ulysses is listed as "Grant" and living with his Jenkins uncle and the Jenkins family. Happy Hunting (^_^) Notify Administrator about this message?
