The 1890 census was destroyed by fire during the 1920's. Some TX counties are available but the Nowak failiy is not listed in the 1890 TX census fragments. You will not find the Nowak family in 1890 TX. Have you considered that even though Peter & Kate arrived here in 1880 they may have arrived AFTER the 1880 census was completed. They will not appear until 1900. In 1910 Kate states that she has had 4 children and they are living. Two children are living with Peter & Kate. Who are the other children?? The other two children could have been born in TX or GER/POLAND and immigrated with the parents. Also, Peter & Kate may not have resided in TX for the 1900 census. TX is not a major GER/Polish area.
