Looking for any information on the family of William J. Hood who married Clarissa Martha Jones. Here's what I have;
William J. Hood was born bet. 1826-1827 in McMinn County, Tennessee. He married Clarissa Martha Jones 31 Aug 1849 in Lawrence County, Missouri. She was born 1833 in Kentucky.
William and his family are listed twice in the 1850 Federal Census (Greene County, Missouri). One entry indicates William was born about 1826 and the other entry indicated he was born about 1827. William and Clarissa had a daughter, Sarah J. Hood, born 1849.
