This isn't my line, so I don't have any further information. You might send for a copy of his application for his Soc Sec card. He would have filled it out and he should have known the names of his parents. It will also give his residence at the time of the application and a few more tidbits.

Click on Advance Search
Enter -- Wesley Deeds, died 1994, click on Submit
Make a note of his SS number
On the far right, click on SS-5 Letter
Print out the letter, enter SS number, be sure to include your name and address and send the money.
