You didn't give name of Anna's husband. Looks like he's named Will on the 1900 census.
What are your sources for names of the parents of Anna? I think I found them on the 1880 census, but wife/mother is Cuba.

Now Stephen and Cuba are in Van Zandt Co, TX in 1900 as are Will and "Pearl."
On the 1910 census Pearl says father born in FL, that would fit the above Stephen.
The following men were on the 1910 census, by then Pearl was married and out of the home of her parents. They could be brothers of Pearl. They both show mother's maiden name was Wyche.
