His parents were: Laughlin/Emeline McLean (Wilkerson)
She was born Oct. 8, 1828 in Alberville {or ton} Alabama
I do not know her parentage
They wed on Dec. 23, 1843 near Coffee Cnty, Alabama
He died Dec. 6, 1903 Fayette Cnty, Tx.
She died Nov. 11, 1886 Fayette Cnty, Tx.
8 children from this union as follows:
Sarah E. born Oct 10, 1854 died Sep. 9, 1896
Giles S. born Jan 5, 1856 died Oct 10, 1867
Albert born Jly 24, 1858 died May 25, 1899
Rebecca A. born Feb. 14, 1860 died unknown date
James D. born Jan 24, 1862 died Apr 6, 1899
John L. born Dec 17, 1863 died Dec 26, 1942
Tempie born Feb 14, 1866 died Apr. 7, 1939
Josephus P. born Dec. 24, 1869 died Aug 4, 1963
Josephus married Ema Traweek Nov 2, 1904 (my Grands)
Note that Rebecca & Tempie were both Valentine day babies
As you can see I have some data, but a number of names/dates/places are missing that I would like very much to complete for this family. Then move forward to detail the families for their 8 children.
Would also like very much to move backward to get lineage for Laughlin/Emeline's parents and children.
