As far as Melba's death certificate, I think my mother Betty gave that info, not really sure. I believe somewhere I have my grandmother's social security card and a driver's license. As for her parents, they we Raymond Lester Serface and Anna Irene Gebott. She told me that when I was a kid. She had another daughter Patricia and because she was unwed, her parents were listed as the parents. Wilbur was married to Clara before my grandmother, he had no children with her. I do remember my grandmother telling me about a Ruth and a Maude as sisters to Wilbur, I'm guessing they were step-sisters to him.
