Combined info from TX Dth Idx 1964-1998 and SSDI:

Norman, James H., Jr. b 13 Mar 1945; d 25 Feb 1995 Henderson Co, TX; SS card issued in TX.

Last residence not listed on SSDI record, so hopefully he died in the county where he lived.

You might look for his obit. Survivors are often listed and you might be able to track down a living member of the family.
